About Isaiah

I’m Isaiah Bonilla, a REALTOR® and licensed Texas real estate sales agent with Walzel Properties, LLC. I work with buyers and sellers in English and Spanish.

I was born in New Jersey but raised in Texas. My parents are from El Salvador, and I grew up speaking English and Spanish. I graduated from Foster High School in 2022 and earned my real estate license in November 2023. I’m also attending college, working toward a business degree.

I chose real estate because I want to help people and because working with people every day keeps me sharp. What I enjoy most is helping buyers find the right home and then negotiating for the best price and terms I can get for my clients.

Outside of work, I follow Jesus Christ and play piano at my church. I love watching sports, and I play pickleball, golf and basketball. I cheer for the Texans and the Rockets, but my New Jersey roots keep me a Yankees fan.
